“The snacking Bacon is the BEST n Ham n Cheese Wraps as well. I ALWAYS get my large frozen Toasted Almonds, w/ 1 expresso shot, whip cream. it's really delicious!! I love the girls there. They always know when I come in n my drink is getting ready before I order most of the time if it's not really busy. LOVE ya girls..... Keep up the good work 🧡🧡“

“Today I visited Dunkin at Pocono Summit. I ordered avocado toast along with hash browns, but unfortunately, they did not have the toast available. I also asked for an egg and cheese croissant, but that item was unavailable as well due to a high volume of orders. Since today is Sunday and weekends are usually very busy, I feel they should keep more food items stocked to avoid running out so quickly.

Aside from the limited availability of some menu items, everything else was good. The staff was polite, the service was fine, and the overall experience was still acceptable. I have also added a reference to the cancellation receipt for the unavailable items.“

“You guys rock. After 3 hours of snowboarding, I was able to recharge. 2 donuts and a large ice coffee did it for me. Perfect“

“I helped put out a fire behind the building didn't ask for anything and I got a free coffee out of it so really awesome place and employees are never off point always professional and willing to help make a better day for everyone thanks dunkin swiftwater“

“I ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese wake up wrap with a strawberry dragon fruit refresher.

My experience was average but I can tell the staff is getting overwhelmed especially being yelled at by a Karen in front of me in line for stepping away from the register to help restock the drink fridge.

Overall, it was good. My food came our correctly and drink taste great 👍“

“I have never had an issue with my order. The drive thru is quick. Lobby service is just as quick as drive thru but most importantly, the employees here all seem very genuine. Thanks!

“People leaving these poor reviews are far too self righteous and entitled for their own good. Employees being there all day should get to choose the music over the people who only stop in for a minute. It’s a lie when that person said that they aren’t allowed to come in for a mobile order for drive thru. The bad energy will be matched because for the wage they make to put up with the poor attitude they receive from some of you is not enough to be dealing with yall rudeness. Some of you don’t even say thank you for anything. And yes theyll be out of product because some of you ask to put a crazy amount of product in a drink or a lot of food. I digress, you pay for it but expect them to run low on stuff when you come in the afternoon and youve seen the drive thru. That 25 minute wait is due to some of y’all being insufferable and asking for A LOT of food and at the window which they aren’t supposed to take. The food is actually being cooked btw. Not to mention they are busy pretty much all day up until 12pm. I’m sure they are glad to not have these rude people return. They are indeed very thankful to those who show even the smallest amount of respect and sees them as actual people.“

“It was a long wait for the line but the cashier were really friendly and quick in making your food. The only suggestion which I can make is to be able to choose and customize the food any way possible. I wasn’t able to place mobile order due to limited customization. The store is reasonably priced even though it was located within Great Wolf Lodge. I would hope that they start participating with Dunkin Rewards which will also allow for mobile order through the Dunkin app as well. I would highly recommend this store if you are around the area.“
