“One of the best run fast food restaurants in Pottstown, second to DQ. Always fresh and hot. Employees are not always welcoming but they get the job done and rarely forget an item. The manager was rude to me when picking up for Uber Eats a few times when I asked for extra napkins or ketchup and one time was very rude when I had an order to pick up and I drove around and knocked on the window, they had closed 15 minutes early and wouldn't make the food. I lost money on that trip and reported to Uber but what are they gonna do? Stop taking orders from BK? Nope. So thats their downfall, but it still doesn't make them worse than McDonald's customer service and forgotten items.“
“Never ever had a bad experience here. But today i was speaking with the MOD and we were talking about the day. I told him it was a rough day at work that ened in the ER. He made me laugh and when i got home i found cookies in my bag. Its really the small things in life. I didnt order a cookie but it sure made me smile. Thank you!“
