The manager, Sheila was soo nice and the food was Great!
Great food and staff, will definitely be coming back all the time!
This honestly has to be the cleanest restaurant with the most nicest staff. Placed my order for drive thru but came inside with the rain. They were all smiles and kindness getting my order ready. Will always recommend this BK! Thank you ladies!

Burger King is a well-run fast food restaurant in Pottstown, offering fresh and hot food options. While employees may not always be welcoming, they generally get the job done and rarely forget items. However, there have been instances of rudeness from management, particularly when dealing with special requests or complaints. Despite this, the restaurant is an exception to the typical Burger King experience, with one reviewer noting it was one of the cleanest fast food places they'd been to and the service matched. Another reviewer mentioned that the restaurant seemed understaffed, leading to long wait times and a sense of being ignored by staff, who prioritized drive-through customers over those waiting inside. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a viable option, with some reviewers praising its cleanliness and others finding it to be a welcome exception to the typical Burger King experience.
