It is at the bottom of my neighborhood, but the turn over in staff, and lack of adequate training of them means very slow processing of orders. Several times when ordering on the app, they miss one of my items. In person, they take forever.
When I pulled up in my car the music they had inside the store was loud and very vibrant. I myself enjoy that very much. As soon as I walked in they turn the music off. Expressed keep it on I love the sound. To gentlemen said no you’re the customer and we need to focus on you and then hear you. I was greatly impressed by they were a lot younger than me. How great can a Dunkin’ Donuts atmosphere be? Anyway, the staff work hard, sometimes in the early AM your order takes a little longer because they only have one person working there but it’s better than not having anyone working there! ?????? Good workers!
