First time trying King Wok's food it was great!! Sweet & sour chicken with chicken fried rice and chiken wings with beef fried rice. Gentlemen that took our order was very friendly and professional. Will definitely be back again. Thank you, King Wok.

I hate to say it but I think I got the worst food poisoning of my life here. I ordered egg rolls, wonton soup and broccoli chicken. The food tasted pretty good. The eggroll had a slight bleachy flavor which was unpleasant. The wonton soup was fantastic. The broccoli chicken was okay. It had a sauce on it that was unexpected, I am used to the steamed kind without sauce or at least clear sauce. All of that said, within 4 hours of eating I was beyond sick. It is 3 days later and I am still struggling. I am curious if anyone else has had this happen here.

We have been looking for a go-to Chinese take out restaurant since moving to the area, and King Wok has been our favorite so far. Ordered general tsao’s chicken, chicken w garlic sauce, and house mei fun. It was not overly greasy, no strong msg aftertaste, and had good flavor. Definitely recommend!

I came here a few days ago. I've been coming to this establishment for about 10 years now. Their food has always been good, and their treatment towards me has generally been good. However, I've recently been learning Mandarin and Cantonese, and I overheard what I understood to be a racially insensitive epithet directed at me. I was stunned and dropped my drink. I think the woman behind the counter realized I understood what was said, because she immediately fell silent afterwards. All I have to say is that their food is good, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment, which is disappointing to me.

It's a shame that you spend your money at these places and they can't comprehend simple instructions. Don't give the customer an option to add a note or food prep directions if you are going to ignore them. How do you give someone egg foo young without gravy??? I now remember why I stopped getting food from here

Their bourbon chicken is more like sesame just be aware never in my life have I ordered bourbon chicken and gotten fried chicken bits in a light colored sauce it doesn't taste like bourbon at all and also it's mushy. Edit: The fried rice tastes freezer burnt, the egg rolls are definitely also old and not yummy, the crab Rangoon is dense and just basically cream cheese wonton

First and last time ever ordering from here. First, there is no indication on the webpage that delivery is handled by DoorDash. Had it been, I would have not ordered from here. Second, my order was supposed to be delivered by 8:04, it did not come to me till after 9pm. When I spoke to the manager he simply said “oh next time you pickup”. The food was horrible, my bf and I both got sick the next day. Never again.

If I could give 0 I would!!! My husband and I just returned home after picking up a large order. I did not receive everything that we paid for. I called the store to let them know and they asked us to drive back over. It's snowing out. If they had got the order correct in the first place I wouldn't have to call. I will never give King Wok in Pottstown my business again, and we were regular customers. It was their mistake and so they should deliver the missing items!!! Customer service was terrible, very rude and unprofessional!!!!
