Ordered online for pick up noting that I was paying in cash. I get my 2 toddlers dressed and into the car, drive 15 minutes away while both of them are screaming pizza the whole ride. Once there I go inside to pay and pick up my order just to be told that they will not break my bill to pay for my order. I told them to cancel my order as the cash was the only form of payment I had. 2 hours to deliver a few pizzas on a Tuesday is insane.
I had great service and no real problems till last night 6-1-2018 .when we ordered on line 2- lg pizzas. 1- mush, 1 - ham and pineapple. It was a confirmed order with a delivery being 20-25 min. So we received a message it was being delivered at 8:20 by 9 pm I called and spoke to Monique to see where it was I was assured it would be there soon 9:17 it arrived our driver was rude .
