First day chaos, staff and worker wasn't trained properly to handle last amount of order because of their special deal. Store was packed with people waiting to pick up their online order, an order was placed before 5PM suppose to be pick up at 6:30PM, I didn't get my order until almost 8PM, This is a sandwich shop not a restaurant that require whole bunch of cooking with chef. after more than 2 hours standing in the store waiting to pick up my food, went home and opened my sandwich...read full review
