I ordered a ham and cheese stromboli with extra cheese and no peppers. I received a ham and cheese stromboli without extra cheese and with peppers. I also ordered cheese sauce on the side and did not receive.
I have been ordering hoagies for Xmas Eve for many years now. This was the first year my instructions were not followed. On my turkey zep I asked to substitute American cheese and Mayo instead of oil. Neither one was done. Get it together!

I understand why my parents and grandparents have been visiting this place regularly since a very long time (perhaps 1982). Excellent stromboli with a great balance of dough, meat, cheese, and peppers. Despite having a little too much cheese and not enough broccoli, radishes, or peppers, the chef salad was still really tasty. Overall though, I'm eager to return because we're looking for a Pottstown establishment that can take the place of Ice House.
