I placed my entire order through the mobile app. Upon entering the store I realized my drinks were sitting empty on the counter. I spoke with Kayla who had let me know they were out of lemonade. I let her know that the app still allowed me to place the order and that they should change it so they don’t run into the same issue. Kayla was wonderful and pleasant as well as helpful. Staff are very nice and friendly but coffee is not so good. Ordered brown sugar oat milk latte which is suppose to have 3 shots. But it had too much milk, I couldn’t taste any coffee.

We had stopped at this particular Starbucks due to the fact that we were up at the Philadelphia premium outlets. I did not go in so I have no idea how any of the atmosphere or the service was. My girlfriend and I both got a seasonal coffee hers was cold mine was hot it was quite delicious.
