I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Saladworks location was unacceptable. The customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.
The employee who took my order prepared it incorrectly. When I politely pointed out the mistake, instead of apologizing or fixing it, she blamed me and insisted that I had ordered it wrong. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
