The Supervisor was rude and said when asked if I could speak to the owner was told that the owner doesn't give out his info. The owner did call me and was very responsive to my questions and feedback.

We arrive at the store at 10:50 a.m. I didn't realize that the store didn't open until 11:00. We shopped at a nearby store and then went back for pretzels. As soon as we walked in the staff told us it would be about 10/15 minutes before the pretzels were ready. The staff was patient with me while I ordered and paid. I went to the store near lids/perfuroma. It was quick in and out. Staff was quick , we stopped at the closing time on Sunday evening. We were served without any hesitation. Pretzel was good but it was little burned on some parts. Usually my kid finish the whole pretzel but he could not finish it though (?) don’t know the reason. But it is on well deserved location.
