“Depends on which counter person you get. Not all of them should probably be working the front and center when people walk in. Overall check your stuff some items do go missing. However I've never not had something fresh! So that is the plus side plenty of seating area.

I'm not going to tell you what happen ; but I will tell you that I made a phone call to corporate and I was very pleased with the outcome of the phone call .When I spoke to the guest service manager which his name was Joe I hope I'm okay with telling his name he actually handled the problem with the utmost respect the utmost professionalism he listened to my story and totally apologize and totally fixed the problem very well pleased with the outcome of the phone call thank you Joe see you“
