Each morning I go for a coffee and glazed donuts holes ~ 5:00 am. The early morning crew is especially polite, friendly and Customer focused. A special shout-out to Abbie Kukta. The whole shift is so nice. It's rare, these days to have good Customer Service so please be sure to give these wonderful young Ladies some recognition. Thanks.
I came to the Westwood Dunkin at 8:50 pulled into the drive through and no one was coming over the speaker. After waiting for several minutes I pulled around to the window where several workers were inside who saw my car yet would not come to the window. I now realize this Dunkin closed at 9pm, which is understandable due to staffing issues, however to close 10 minutes early and not even be bothered to tell a patron is rude.
