This is one of the better KFC's around , only one complaint the hours of operation on Google are incorrect the lobby closes at 8pm not 9pm and drive-thru closed at 9pm not 10 pm during the week for sure , I'm not sure about the weekends though . An employee from this location told me that they have tried for about 3 yrs to update on Google but Google has not done it for whatever reason , I just found all this out the hard way . I drive 45 minutes to come the Pottsville...

The staff keeps forgetting to put sauce and butter in the bags. It’s common sense to put butter in the bag when everyone orders the biscuits. And sauce because they order the chicken. They tried to charge me extra for sauce that should have come with the meal.

Everything was fine except I didn't get my debit card back, I went through the drive thru and the girl never gave back my card, I didn't notice until I got home (35 min, drive) I tried calling multiple times and it sounds like a fax machine answers the phone. I have to cancel my card and wait for a new one, it's not worth the drive to go get it,
