“My husband and I came to The Coldstream Kitchen located in the Second Mountain Rod and Gun Club unexpectedly. The ambiance is a traditional social club vibe with extremely nice members (you can go to the restaurant without being a member of the club).Maddox and Robin provided very prompt and extremely friendly service. They reviewed all the specials and made great recommendations.Since it was lent, we got Haddock with Mac and Cheese and the Crab Cake Sandwich. Both were extremely delicious! We shared dessert which was hands down one of the best local desserts we have ever had!!! The prices are very affordable and we will be returning, very soon.“

“I would give it more stars if I could for the food alone. Everything was great from the house salad dressing and bread to the manicotti Florentine and the drinks. I highly recommend this place to be a top on your list as it has become one on mine. I do wish it was a little more of a restaurant atmosphere without the bar as I went for a date, but otherwise, the service and food were amazing. Plenty of parking and I heard live music outside. Also, if you're like me and enjoy charcuterie, go for the Italian cheese board. Small and not too many items but the ones included were delicious.“

“Excellent authentic Mexican American establishment. They were able to accommodate a private luncheon following my father’s funeral services recently and went above and beyond for me and my family. Rudy, Justine and Marissa are great!! Definitely a hidden gem of southern Schuylkill county. Great food, great drinks and most of all great people!! Would recommend to all.“
