“I placed order through door dash , the food was made incorrectly and missing ingredients, however when I called the restaurant, Kymberly the manager was SOOOOOO UNDERSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL AND APOLOGIZED . She was so nice, she remade my meal, (10/10) and delivered it herself!!! God bless her!!!!! Never ever ever have I experienced someone sooooo nice!!!!! btw, I have ordered the steak teriyaki before but today was the best!! Definitely was made with kindness . “Our food was simply heavenly. We had the whole deboned white fish and the lamb shank. The fish was mild with a slight lemon flavor. As for the lamb shank,it was fall off the bone tender meat. Calamari appetizer and a fresh tomato,cucumber and feta salad added to our delectable experience. Definitely a keeper.“

Salad was 10/10! Chicken parmesan was 7/10 for me- the more of it I ate the more my stomach couldn't handle, so if you have a smaller tolerance to food, just take this part in mind for this meal. Other than that service was good- it did feel like the waiter was rushing us- she tried to take my food away when I was still not finished with it... About half of my plate was eaten... Other than that it had great atmosphere and I would recommend this place for someone who likes pasta, soup or salad“

“First time at a MOD pizza for me. Went there becuase of a Teacher’s Appreciation Day deal, which I thought was very kind to show appreacation for teachers. Walked in super late at night and Ellie greeted me right away. Since it was my first time, I had a few questions, and Alayna was super friendly and answered everything nicely. The pizza was awesome, and I loved being able to customize it exactly how I wanted. Service was quick, and I was in and out with two hot, tasty pizzas (BOGO). The pizzas were really delicious, but the great customer service from Alayna and Ellie is what’s going to make me go back for sure.“

“Had to give a big shoutout to Bold Cafe in West Reading 💛 I’ve been there twice this week, and both times—two different baristas—made my drink exactly how I asked for it (which is not always easy 😅). “my daughter ordered from the app. I picked up the order. drove home and when bag was opened no fries. I ordered Fry's and went back. I paid for them, didn't really care about price. trying to be nice. I saw the person that gave me the first order. I said about the missing Fry's. I'm sure they would be bummed with a wrong order. instead of a sorry I got "I don't put the food in the bag". really?“

The Cubano sandwich is very under flavored and the meat on it is so under seasoned that it tastes like boiled, wet meat. Very flavorless. Very disappointed. But the menu looks good, otherwise.

The fires are great. The cocktails are good. The tequila selection is phenomenal. The service and hospitality are great. Worth a revisit.“

The carrot and celery slices included were quite limp and discolored, so that wasn’t a strong point. The pizza is thin crust, and imo it was a bit tough and chewy. But there were plenty of toppings and overall it was good pizza.“

Everywhere was closed, but we stopped into Panera less than 10 mins before they closed, and the staff who was mostly cleaned up, heated up soups and made a sandwich for us. “I was having a crazy day. On the way to the zoo, my car was hit by a golf ball. At the zoo, I witnessed a crazy tussle between 2 zebras. After that, I needed a break. I needed to feel normal again. I went to Panera. I got my sip club beverage and a suggestion popped up for a $2 bakery item. And I thought, Why yes! I think I will! I got the orange cranberry bread and it was amazing. I may never forget the black and white hoodlums, but I am glad I can relax at Panera.“
