“We were looking for a place for lunch and found Cedar Hollow. And are we glad we did! Starting with Nancy our server the experience was top notch. Huge servings done to perfection. Kudos to the pastry chef for blueberry crème brûlée If you are ever within 50 miles it is well worth the trip.“

“I had takeout today from Nudy’s café and dealt with a specific representative named Brandon! Not only was Brandon, extremely friendly, punctual thorough and thoughtful. He asked the right questions and was very accommodating. I accidentally did not know that there were multiple restaurants within a 15 mile radius and accidentally at first went to the Paoli location when I arrived a nice lady at the front helped direct me to the right location and at this point nudities was about to close. I immediately called the Malvern location and spoke with Brandon again notifying him that I had not been from the area and had gotten confused about what location I was supposed to pick up from. He was almost apologetic, even though it wasn’t even his fault. It was my fault. I am very grateful for how sweet he was regarding my foolishness. He was extremely sweet and kind and would highly recommend this place. The food was awesome thanks, Brandon.!!!!“

“These folks cater our office lunches a couple of weeks a month and everything i've had has been outstanding. From cold sandwiches to hot meals I've yet to have anything that wasn't awesome. I especially love their southwestern pasta salad. Great people, I highly recommend checking this place out“

“The minute you walk in you know this pizzareia is different than others. Chris, the owners offers a warm funny welcome and you immediately feel like you are standing in your best friends kitchen. He told me he makes the “best pizza” and I took the challenge! I wasn’t even there to eat but meet someone in the parking lot. He offered for me to come in afterward and try a free slice. Instead I ordered two pies to take back to Delaware. While they were in the oven Chris was explaining all kind of things about the art of making pizza. Not to put it piping hot in the box or to leave the full pizza boxes on the top of the oven- tricks only someone who really knew their craft would care about. It was such a fun afternoon, and to think I only stopped in to grab a drink and get change. Oh, the pizza… the best! The crust is to die for- crispy and crunchy not doughy like a garlic knot. The sauce tasted authentic, not sweet like you find at our hometown Grottos. Delicious pizza- rivals NYC slices. A definite pizzeria for the connoisseurs out there and even those that just want damn good pizza! 🍕“

But top it all off for me was the manager James, he is always onthe move but still been polite, ask me what I needed and if everything tasted alright. “Staying at a hotel in the area with some family, had the distinct pleasure of stumbling across this place thanks to some recommendations from our friend Google Maps. Called up to order, was met with courtesy and respect, a friendly demeanor, and a helpful attitude. I was EXTREMELY pleased that this location continues to employ their own drivers rather than force customers to use a third party delivery service.

But let's talk food. Oh. My. God. Maybe I'm just high on life right now but everything ordered was 🤌🤌🤌. Especially the broccoli bites. Get them. Do it. They're delicious. But it’s not a big deal, I’m just not a hash brown fan. Very large portion…..my short stack of pancakes were 2 huge pancakes and the hash browns were a large portion as well and took 1/2 home.
I think the Swedesford Rd site has the best outdoor seating of all locations I’ve been to.

“We loved the first dining experience and kept coming back drove about 30 minutes just to enjoy the flavors. But recently the price has increased and the quality of the chicken has reduced. I remember we ordered boneless with all white meat and now they are mixed and to be honest I don't like the taste of the boneless anymore, they are like not real meat or not well cooked which is unlikely if the claim was true 360 degree frying and timed by the robotic arms. Everytime we spent between $80 - $170 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Although we still like the unique flavors but with the price, the quality and the portion we don't think we might visit again.“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Wayne, the manager at the Panera Bread, for outstanding customer service on Saturday, February 7th.

After a long day of cleaning out a house we had just moved out of, my fiancée and I decided to order a late lunch/early dinner from Panera. We’ve ordered from Panera many times, including delivery, and have rarely had any issues. This time, though, my order arrived without the 20-ounce coffee I was really looking forward to and honestly needed to get through the rest of the day.

The delivery was through DoorDash, and when I reached out, I was told I’d need to contact DoorDash for a refund. That response didn’t sit well with me, so I called the Panera directly and spoke with Wayne. He immediately confirmed that the coffee had been included and told me he would try to reach DoorDash to see if they could re-deliver it. He later called me back to say he was having trouble getting through and offered a refund.

I told him not to worry about the refund and asked if I could just stop by to pick up the coffee instead. Since we had just moved and had no food, utensils, or coffee at home, that cup of coffee really mattered more than the money. Wayne didn’t hesitate. He told me to come in and said he’d make me a fresh one.

When I arrived, Wayne was exactly as promised. He made me a fresh, hot coffee, was incredibly courteous and friendly, and didn’t seem bothered at all that I arrived later than expected. In a time when customer service can be hit or miss, Wayne absolutely got it right.

I truly appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. That coffee gave me the boost I needed to finish out the evening, and more importantly, it reminded me why I keep choosing Panera. Huge thanks to Wayne and the Collegeville Panera team for excellent service.“
