I own my own business and I can tell you one thing, an employee who treats your customers as if the place was theirs is priceless and hard to find.
I hope management recognizes this and takes care of an employee like this because she is what keeps customers (profit) returning to your establishment.

They’re definitely understaffed, but the staff who work here have great personalities and seem to work really hard. They’ve never cross contaminated my food, and I have an obnoxious anaphylactic allergy (peppers). 10/10, 100%, employees are so great I keep coming back.
Dietary restrictions: I have a pepper allergy and they’ve never triggered it. A+ effort.

I have been to this location several times as its the only one local to me and unfortunately each of the last handful of visits were negative experiences. Today put me over the edge. I made an online order and was told the estimated ready time would be 1:21. I arrive at 1:20 and my order was not on the takeout rack so I find a seat and wait. 25 minutes pass and still nothing. It was not busy but walk in customers come in and out while I am sitting there waiting for my order. The employees there had down time between walk ins to at least ask me if I needed anything. At around 2:00 I get up and ask when my order will be ready and it was ready the entire time behind the counter! Neither employee working said anything to me asking if I needed help or if I have a mobile order. I took my food and left. By the time I got home the Nashville Fries I ordered were super soggy. Very frustrated with the staff. I do mobile delivery for many different food joints and this is the first time that I was neither greeted nor have my food on the pickup rack when it was ready. Will probably not return to this location again.
Excellent service, much better than other similar style restaurants and at an affordable price! I'll definitely be coming back next time and will recommend it to others.

Me and my husband ordered 2 highest $$ burritos steak & shrimp, tacos and poppers. So, poppers was Amazing!!! Tacos very good, but very small for 11$ portion. Burritos was bad !!!! Chipotle makes 1000 times BETTER . I didn't like and gave to my husband. Very little flavor, too much plane rice. Never gonna come back! And we drove for it 43min.
