Idk maybe its just me but the last time I got it the burger didnt hit like usual. Maybe my cook was just having a bad day but I dont eat out a lot so it stuck with me.

Only come here because the wife likes it. I rarely have had a good experience at this place. Overpriced with the food made wrong plenty of times. Today my patience just couldn't. Put the order in online, got to the restaurant in 10 minutes. Then proceeded to wait another 23 minutes for the food. No I dont have the energy to argue with any employees. Took my food and went home. Lucky I gave any stars because I know people make mistakes but wow. No I dont want a coupon. Easy to scratch off my list of places I eat at.

Five guys really does have the best burgers when compared to other franchise burger places. Fries are great also. The prices have gone crazy though. A double cheeseburger, little fries and a soda costs around $21. That's kinda crazy, but still a really good burger

Somehow this place always messes up orders. Missing bacon, wrong condiments or missing things altogether. I just don't get it. They have a person in the middle just prepping buns that can't read a list correctly. Its not rocket science. $25 for a freaking burger and fries you better at least remember my bacon.

Oh wow. I was blown away with the price of our meal. 2 cheeseburgers one lsrgr fries 2 drinks. $33. That's crazy. You're pricing yourself out of business. I won't be back.
Mildly frustrated... without fail every time I order from here an important component of my burger is missing. Either the cheese and/or bacon is missing from my sandwich every single time I order. We just ordered lunch and once again, my bacon was missing from my lettuce wrap. I keep paying for stuff I'm not getting. Maybe it's a website glitch but it's printed on the receipt every single time. Food quality is great, just wish I would get what I order

Was there today and young man with dreads and touching his forehead white gloves while at the burner making the burgers then touched them with his glove I walked out

The woman at the counter was very rude. I ordered an order of a medium fry and a medium drink. It was ten dollars. The cup wasn't full of fries at all, and the ones at the bottom of the bag were way too greasy.
