this location is terrible, the portions are abysmal, the staff are unhelpful, food is of relatively poor quality, and the soda always tastes bad. the worst part is that management knows and doesn't fix the issues. do not go here, it is not worth the exorbitant prices

Husband and I eat here once a month. Have done so since opening. Last Tuesday I stopped in, ordered two cheese burgers no fries. Food was ready in five minutes. Got the burgers home; they were STONE COLD. This never happened before. Should have known when food was ready in five. For $20.00 they should at least be hot.

Pretty unimpressed. This place has been near me for years and I figured "why not finally try it"?Well, there was nothing wrong with my food, per se...but it was soggy (understandable for take out), greasy, and just not flavorful or special in any way to make it worth spending money on.I don't know if the atmosphere and service are good bc I didn't go inside, so keep in mind I didn't get a chance to speak to anyone about my order.But it kinda seemed like the flavor profile was just...what it was and I didn't really see a point to saying "I don't like your food" bc a lot of people love it.Not for me, but as I said nothing inherently "wrong", bad, or salacious going on. Just wouldn't try again.

My wife and I have food sensitivities, especially to canola oil. The fries cooked in peanut oil are far better than all other burger joints. We always feel better after eating them unlike other burger joints!

Quality and quantity has drastically decreased over the past 6 months. Quantity of over-prices fries has decreased by about 25-30%, you no long get an extra scoop. The burgers have gotten thinner and tasteless. The amount of bacon about half. No long worth $19 for a burger and fries.

Abundant amount of fries huh?? The lazy bum with glasses bagging my order (6/21/23 8:30 PM) had a fresh batch of fries cooking, but decided to give the lady before me an overflowing bag of fries, then proceeded to give me a 3/4 filled cup with 10 fries strewn about the bottom of my bag instead of asking me to wait for a fresh batch. The girl cooking the burgers needs to be taken off the grill, and back on the cash register, because she absolutely MURDERED those burgers, and didn't put any mayo on them. Also, why is it that every time I ask for sides of mayo, there's pieces of lettuce and onion hiding in them? Talk about cross contamination and food poisoning waiting to happen. P.s... your condiment bar is filthy and the ketchup pumps were cringe.

Whenever I want a really good burger, I go to Five Guys. I love the fact that all of their add-ins are just free.Parking: There's usually spots available but no matter what is available they're not easy to get into out of or see. Not their fault but the strip was poorly designed
