We ordered catering from this restaurant for an 12:30 AM pickup on Sunday, and they were scheduled to close at 1:00 PM. Without realizing it, we accidentally left behind a cake. To our surprise, the staff called us to let us know part of our original order had been forgotten. Even though they don't typically offer delivery, they kindly offered to bring it to our home after they closed. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for our event. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but their customer service went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Got the cheesesteak, a charcuterie board and a napoleon. Has to be the best cheesesteak in the entire lehigh valley area. One of the best I've eaten, the napoleon was a little dried out though. Still 5 stars just cause the cheesesteak was amazing

Soooo many lovely, tasty things! The bakery cases are filled with all manner of fresh made treats. The prepared foods case is stocked with great options for easy meals & sides- those roasted carrots are swoon worthy! The made-to-order sandwiches are just packed with goodness. The shaved rib eye is the stuff of dreams. There's also a nice variety of shelf stable, refrigerated, and frozen stuff. The Brooklyn rainbow cookies, the BLT pasta salad, the house- made soup... seriously, I haven't had Italian food this good in years!

We used Mercantino for a large catering order for 25+. The food was delicious and high quality, and our guests raved. You know it’s a success when every plate you clean up leaves no crumbs. Highly recommend.
