Very rude for no reason. The old lady who’s apparently a manager there was very rude and condescending towards me for no reason. The staff is rude and just want to make things difficult for absolutely no reason. This place needs serious attitude adjustments. I will be going to corporate on your location. Very disappointed. You should be ashamed with how you treat customers!!!

I went to Panera bread after minor surgery to get some lunch. I ordered a Cesar salad with chicken. No chicken was added. I called the manager and she said she would email me a 15 dollar gift certificate. She lied and never followed up. Will never go back. 25 dollars was way too expensive even if it had chicken.

Please go back to your old menu. Ever since you’ve changed it the food has been awful. Soup is very jello like sandwiches are just bread. I’ve been here twice since the change and I won’t make it a 3rd time.

They got my order wrong twice and then when I wanted to just leave with a refund they said I was rude. They were wrong and i was not rude. I don’t usually write reviews either. But I am sick of being nice and getting screwed. I have been there many times before but will not being going back. The general manager was the rude one.

When they screw up to-go orders, the “manager” here will tell you they won’t fix it but instead offer to send you a gift card in the mail, which will never come. Scummy tactic from an even scummier human who seems bitter that they’re stuck working in a cafe for pennies all day. Avoid this location!
