I swear when i order food from here there is always and issue, they never put enough food on anything like it’s literally coming out of the workers checks? today i ordered a salad and my container of dressing literally had a bottoms full… like if i paid for a salad with dressing i kinda want the dressing… yall need to fix’s yours shit back there and stop being stingy!!!!!

HORRIBLE. Never ordering from Panera again. They cannot manage to put soups in with the order, or even make my sandwich correctly. Absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money

Twin I kid you not… we ordered the garden caprese… and there was literally a half a slice of mozzarella on it. I always get French onion soup and there’s always either cheese or croutons or neither, never both lmao. They fr load these sandwiches with the LEAST amount of fillings 🙏🏻💔… the only good thing here that I like is the grilled cheese. Please have better quality food bro I beg of you 🙏🏻🫩

Nice place for a quick lunch. Quakertown location is sometimes more dirty than I would like. Last time I ate at that location it was prior to lunch time and a lot of the tables were dirty.

The manager Renee is a disgrace 2 food service & management.. I went 2 leave a review and she all ready has several bad reviews with her name mentioned.. she is unprofessional.. rude & cocky this was my first & last experience wit panera bread... I'm gunna post about her on my social media so that all my friends in Quakertown know 2 avoid panera bread.. and tell the hundreds of customers I speak 2 daily about my experience 2day so they know 2 avoid panera bread

I frequent this Panera often to work remotely. The food is always fresh and delicious. Don't skimp - get the chocolate cookie for dessert! More recently, I've noticed how attentive and welcoming the staff has been. Even when the restaurant is extremely busy, the staff are helpful and quick to make any mistakes right.

In particular, there is a young man who wore an orange hat today that I witnessed encourage fellow co-workers, provide guidance to newer employees, take the time to help an elderly couple that ended up ordering the wrong items, and greet each customer with a sincerity. Customer service seems to be slowly diminishing in the food and beverage world, especially with the younger generations. But, he definitely restored my faith that there are hard-working and caring people. I tried to find the manager's email to send this message directly to him/her but was unsuccessful. I hope he sees this review and understands that his attentiveness and positive attitude was not unnoticed. In fact, I believe another customer felt the same way and went out of her way to thank him personally.

Decent food. They no longer offer an iced herbal tea with no sugar and no caffeine. They changed a lot of the menu. It’s still good bread. It’s still Panera. The staff was ok when we went.
