Nice place for a quick lunch. Quakertown location is sometimes more dirty than I would like. Last time I ate at that location it was prior to lunch time and a lot of the tables were dirty.

The manager Renee is a disgrace 2 food service & management.. I went 2 leave a review and she all ready has several bad reviews with her name mentioned.. she is unprofessional.. rude & cocky this was my first & last experience wit panera bread... I'm gunna post about her on my social media so that all my friends in Quakertown know 2 avoid panera bread.. and tell the hundreds of customers I speak 2 daily about my experience 2day so they know 2 avoid panera bread

I frequent this Panera often to work remotely. The food is always fresh and delicious. Don't skimp - get the chocolate cookie for dessert! More recently, I've noticed how attentive and welcoming the staff has been. Even when the restaurant is extremely busy, the staff are helpful and quick to make any mistakes right.
In particular, there is a young man who wore an orange hat today that I witnessed encourage fellow co-workers, provide guidance to newer employees, take the time to help an elderly couple that ended up ordering the wrong items, and greet each customer with a sincerity. Customer service seems to be slowly diminishing in the food and beverage world, especially with the younger generations. But, he definitely restored my faith that there are hard-working and caring people. I tried to find the manager's email to send this message directly to him/her but was unsuccessful. I hope he sees this review and understands that his attentiveness and positive attitude was not unnoticed. In fact, I believe another customer felt the same way and went out of her way to thank him personally.

Decent food. They no longer offer an iced herbal tea with no sugar and no caffeine. They changed a lot of the menu. It’s still good bread. It’s still Panera. The staff was ok when we went.

The last three times I have ordered from this Panera location they have forgotten pieces of my order 😔 I'm sick of it. I kept trying to give them another chance but I'm done.

Manager Renée was very unprofessional and immature toward an upset customer (not me. I witnessed it). Instead of being polite and helpful, Renée's tone of voice and confrontational comments and facial expressions only escalated issue. General manager here also not professional.

I’ve lived in quakertown for 9 years and literally everytime I come here through the drive thru they get my order wrong, I don’t know how it’s possible that they mess it up every time but they do.

After waiting behind only one other customer for ten minutes, I was scolded by the surprisingly rude woman at the drive thru window for not correctly picking up my online order (which included a tip, my mistake). Trash food that was made worse by trash service… never again.

The place is always dirty, so i do not frequent often. The food is ok, but the quantity in the servings is horrible at the entire chain. The amount of meat in their new beef sandwich is less than half of the meat in a good pizza shop sandwich and costs the same. We even paid extra for extra beef! The dip for the sandwich made 2 of us sick. The little we ate, we were both burping up the boiled onion dip that was for the sandwich, which was worse than any I have ever had. Personally, if you want your money's worth and food that tastes good, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The people were, however, very nice.
