If you want your coffee quickly, DON’T go to this location. The wait is insane every single time I come here. Waiting 20-30 minutes for 1 coffee is ridiculous.

Did a special order this morning, and it was nothing that I ordered. By the time I tasted it, I was 10 miles away and not going back. I should've known it wasn't the right thing because it didn't have My name and order info on the cup!

Parking is a little tricky here, You really have to be careful when backing up. It's a little hard trying to back up, look All ways out every window, also watch People n Cars n then slowly back out All at the same time!!

It's either they are out of ingredients, blender is not working or they are close at 4 pm but the drive tru is open. It is the worst starbucks location ever. One time we waited for 10 min and still didn't take our order, with barely any customers inside.

Every time I order a drink with extra stuff, they forget at least one thing, if not more. It wouldn’t be a big deal if the drink wasn’t already expensive but if I’m paying an extra dollar for cold foam I kinda sorta want the cold foam…u feel?
Also today they gave me a cracked lid, which I didn’t see till after I tilted it and it spilled all over my clothes cus I was driving, but it was a big enough crack that I feel like the person who put the lid on should’ve noticed… so… yeah

This morning, I stopped to treat myself to a coffee. I was so excited because I wanted to try the new wicked beverages. A little bit tired and overly excited I got my characters mixed up and accidentally ordered galendas‘s drink instead of elphabas. When I got the drink and saw it with pink, I was a little disappointed And the amazing woman working. The drive-through could tell. I explained that I got my characters mixed up and she extremely kindly made me a green drink instead, I love peppermint Matcha! It was one of the sweetest things and the woman working. The drive-through was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. Thank you so much for making my morning in my entire day!

This location is always filthy. Drive-thru wait times are consistently insane. Cold brews are always watered down; even with espresso shots. Workers always have bad attitudes. I've attempted to order a pumpkin cream cold brew at this location 4 times this season....and needless to say, nobody knows how to make proper pumpkin cream cold foam??? Even the manager that had to remake my drink the last time I was here was clueless. I now have to go to the Starbucks inside of Target down the road in order to receive a proper drink.

I just go in for a pickup of a small hot black coffee once in awhile and each time I go it is so relaxing and casual, it kind of warms your soul.

I usually never have issues besides the wait and sometimes my order not being the correct one. I can deal with that for how many times I come to this location. But… this morning, the lid was not secured and the coffee went all off the passenger side of my car and all over the console. I usually bring my son with me but I told him I would pick him up later. If he was sitting in the passenger seat, it would have been a completely different situation than me just calling to put a complaint in and making sure the lids are secured before giving it to the customer through the drive thru window. I can understand if it’s someone who just started and they are young but this should be taught about how bad someone can get burned. Always make sure the lids are on correctly!

Extremely frustrated and disappointed with my drink order today. After work, I stopped here and ordered an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel there was literally no coffee in this- just a $7 caramel milk. I didn’t have time to turn around as I was on a time crunch, but I’m very upset about this as I don’t often treat myself to a coffee due to the price.

People on drive threw in the morning are very disrespectful and did not act very professional when speaking with me and was not concerned about my $12 drink I get every day losing one of ur best customers I hope management sees this and firers the lady's working the window on 08/12/2024 10:30am
