fast friendly service, reasonable prices and best of all it taste good.
First-timers last night and it was fantastic! Food was great and bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable of menu. Nice regular menu and many weekend specials. I would recommend reservations- my husband and I like to sit at the bar, but it’s a small dining room and it was busy 😊 And no, I’m not friends with the owner- legit good review . . . We will be back!

The crabcakes are made with real crab meat, steamed shrimp is perfectly cooked, and the Delmonico steak is both perfectly cooked and tender. Traci, one of the servers, is attentive and provides great service. The atmosphere is cozy, relaxing, and dimly lit, making it a nice place for a date or a night out with friends and family. Prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are generous. The prime rib and twice-baked potatoes are highly recommended.
However, there have been issues with a former dishwasher posting negative information about the restaurant online. The management has stated that they will take action if the posts continue. Despite this, the overall experience and quality of the food and service at Bixler's Lodge have been rated highly by customers.
