Number one Chinese restaurant in Reading open for business for more the 20 year
If your in the Southside of RDG you should eat at Chang's on South 4th Street. It's the best Chinese food in Berks County for sure.
The BEST Chinese food hands down in Reading and around.They don't deliver and only accept cash but it's worth the trip
