I was so excited for new Perkiomen Chipotle. We ordered.onlime and our food wasn't ready. 10 people up front 3 in back and all good bins empty. Usually I can barely get my mouth around burrito. they filled one tiny spoon and wrapped up that I was hungry when done. Our food was completely cold. We live 5 minutes away which means it wasn't. hot there. All in all extremely disappointed.
Chipotle delivery tonight was completely wrong and they would not re-deliver the correct food. Then said that the refund to my daughters card would take 3-5 business days, closer to 5 days. We waited over an hour for the food, now at 8:20 pm, no dinner. Completely ridiculous. My bowl had no meat, no label, no cheese, no sour cream, no guacamole. This is not an error it is completely someone else’s order. Will not be back.
I love placing large catering orders and not being able to talk to a human. Always automated messages and not picking up phones. I guess we’ll go with other options for the rest of the year.
