So disappointed in this place today. I decided to go inside to order because the line was so long at the drive through. I figured it would be faster since I was literally the only customer at the counter. Seven minutes passed and I was never taken care of. One guy asks another female worker to help me and she responded... give me a minute. I proceeded to ask her whether they take orders for people inside the store. She says... "yes but we're busy". I never write reviews for places but I’ve had too many unfortunate experiences here not to. It’s more times that I get my coffee made wrong than right. It’ll even say it correctly on the receipt but it’s made completely wrong. And they’re constantly out of things, again, more times than not. I don’t know if it’s management, because the workers are typically friendly. But something needs to be improved.
