This franchise has a horrible refund/credit policy.
I got the wrong sandwich, ordered pepper bacon croissant. Got sausage croissant instead. Also hash browns were cold and burnt. They explained that the only way i could get credit or replacement of the sandwich is to bring the bad food to the restaurant. No other fast food establishment requires this. Been patronizing this DD for many years. Will not return.
I pull in the parking lot a “younger girl worker” was in a car in the parking lot with multiple males. She then rushed into the building while trying to take my order (not being able to recite it correctly to me then being told they don’t have any Carmel 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
really wish I could put the video but went through this morning and yet again no mask. my coolade messed up again. it tasted rotten, another one was served watered down and another was over syrupy. can't get nothing right and have horrible way to follow cdc guidelines.
