They're not mexican food, they're hispanic food according to the waitress. If your expecting tortillas, hot sauces and refried beans n mexican rice you won't find it here. The food was good though.
My wife and I found El Faro while visiting family in Reading, now we can't go to Reading without getting something. The food is always fresh and the staff always make us feel welcome. And you can have a drink while you wait for your order.

Food is great, probably the best beans and rice I had. Not many speak English there but if you know Spanish you'll be fine there. Chicken is also really great. One complaint is that one of the lady workers there had a "tone" if you only buy a small amount of stuff.
