Originally got thw 16 piece on Thursday night my mother brought it home and it looked and smelled awful! after several attempts of trying to call there was no answer! she called corporate! Food was very cold, fries was all over the bags, no silverware, sodas was like water and they don't even send me the chocolate chip cookies, had to wait more than an hour for the food and I paid 2.35 for a small fries and I count 12 fries

This KFC closes whenever they feel like it apparently. The two employees were so mad when I opened the door at 8:45, like it wasn’t their job to be there… she said “we’re closed” so I said what time do you close, I thought you closed at 10… she said “now.”
