We took a short trip to view the foliage in and around Sturbridge. The Publick House being a favorite for many years. We chose the Tap Room for diner. Everything was just right. After enjoying the pecan rolls in the breadbasket, I had the Turkey Dinner, and my companion had the Mushroom Ravioli. Excellent food, service, and ambiance. Love the Publik House! The food is always good, and the ambiance is calm, rustic and feels casually luxurious , a real Treat to eat there. The turkey dinner is my favorite go to almost every time! So homemade tasting and with loads of delicious sliced turkey ! The butternut squash is so fresh & delicious . Wish there was more potatoes & stuffing though! Highly recommend !
