Where do I start ok don’t expect for them to greet you or even smile your gonna get a straight face like you are disturbing them now after your order they take there time you are gonna wait but when it’s done they don’t even call your name to let you know it’s done I had order my drink before my son payed mines and all he went to the bathroom came back did his order he waited awhile but got his before me how I dk the area where they make the drinks a mess sitting area a mess been there 7 times got the same bad service won’t be back thank god there are 2 other Starbucks available

Frankly, I have no complaints. Really was amazed that a former bank transformed into a natural a nice looking Starbucks. Staff and facility are really pleasant to be around, and the coffee is good. A good place to relax and do whatever you need to do.

I just had the most pleasant human being serve me at the drive-thru, and even save me a couple dollars by giving me a life hack. And I absolutely loved the purple hair.

My husband and I came for the first time, the individuals working this shift did not greet, took some time to even acknowledge me. Time passed after finishing my first order. We stood in front of two employees and not one acknowledged to take my husband’s order. One was looking at the binder and filling in the binder, the other was around her and AGAIN didn’t acknowledge us. I get it- it’s Friday and they were cleaning to be out by 8 PM, but this was more than half an hour before their closing time. I ended up just going back to the table, very disappointed with the customer service.

I know they opened not too long ago but 30 minutes in the drive thru with only one car ahead of you is ridiculous. First they make you wait at least 8 minutes if not longer just to take your order at the kiosk. Then you wait even longer at the window. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or don’t know how to make drinks yet but getting 1 coffee shouldn’t be this hard

My wife and I ordered two coffees. The staff seemed unorganized and inattentive, and it took around ten minutes to get our coffee. I was rather disappointed by this. I will probably just stick to the Target or Giant Starbucks stores in the future. :(

was in to get some tea with my teen sister, one of the baristas was talking about Sexual Assault to another barista. not sure of the context but it upset my sister so i'll probably stick to the Giant Starbucks nearby. Manager needs to train their staff on professionalism.Kid-friendliness: the venue is kid-friendly, the staff is not.

Very very upset. I've been waiting in this line over 30 mins for my 1 single drink. Multiple people are working in there and they cannot hand me one simple coffee! Really.I was so excited one opened here in exeter an actual Starbucks and here I am waiting ridiculous time for a single simple coffee.

This is a new location outside the Giant and Target Plaza off Perkiomen. It offers a large, spacious, clean dining room and front counter area.Service was fast and efficient, and I purchased two coffees and a piece of banana bread. The young lady who took our order was very friendly and personable.Our selections were on par with other Starbucks locations regarding taste and quality.I was here with my Mom, and the dining room offered a comfortable space to sit and converse during my visit. When back in the Reading area visiting my mother, this is a nice place I would consider returning to.

Best drive-thru experience I've had at a Starbucks. The drive-thru worker was very pleasant and we were out of the line with our two espresso drinks in under five minutes. We'll be back!
