My husband and I came for the first time, the individuals working this shift did not greet, took some time to even acknowledge me. Time passed after finishing my first order. We stood in front of two employees and not one acknowledged to take my husband’s order. One was looking at the binder and filling in the binder, the other was around her and AGAIN didn’t acknowledge us. was in to get some tea with my teen sister, one of the baristas was talking about Sexual Assault to another barista. not sure of the context but it upset my sister so i'll probably stick to the Giant Starbucks nearby. Manager needs to train their staff on professionalism.Kid-friendliness: the venue is kid-friendly, the staff is not.

Frankly, I have no complaints. Really was amazed that a former bank transformed into a natural a nice looking Starbucks. Staff and facility are really pleasant to be around, and the coffee is good. A good place to relax and do whatever you need to do.
