One of the greatest coffee shops of all time… ever! The vibes are chill! The owner is very supportive of the arts & they never let their espresso shots go dead! They have live music & pop up artist!
Always enjoy coming to this unique coffee spot. The Owner and his wife are the nicest people. They make you feel welcomed. No rushing you and they double check to make sure everything as you expected. And the rest is a bonus. Definitely amazing coffee. Try the pancakes and fresh fruit.
Parking: Parking is on the other side of the building (to the left of the entrance door). If full, there is street parking by the building and also across the street. There is a parking lot beyond the parking spaces across the street. I parked there after my breakfast so I could walk on the red lion trail.

Excellent coffee place that was much needed in York County. The owner takes his time making your drinks and they're well worth the wait. If you want a cheap coffee or a quick coffee, probably skip this one. The focus here is on quality. Ample seating and outlets everywhere (I used to be one of those people who liked working out of a coffee shop so I appreciate the availability of outlets.
The building itself is amazing. It's an excellent restoration of an industrial building. I'll definitely be coming here regularly.

Grounding has a beautiful location. I enjoyed them in E Prospect. But this place is even better. Their coffee is the best coffee I have ever had. If you are someone who eats a Paleo diet or gluten free or dairy free- they have items for you! They sweeten their items with pure maple syrup or honey. They occasionally make some seasonal flavored syrups. Every coffee drink I’ve had has been out of this world good! I bring friends to enjoy and have given gift cards as gifts!

I was here for the sign language group that meets every other Sunday. They've done a really nice job of converting this space. There's indoor and covered outdoor seating. I had a cortado that was outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly.
