“I was there today around 1:00. The girl behind the counter seems to be alone. There were a ton of orders on the screen, and she let me know my order would be a bit and offered me a refund. I told her I didn’t mind waiting. I was having an awful day - but seeing how calm she stayed despite how many orders there were , and customers she was dealing with, and she did it with a smile and so calmly. It reset my frame of mind. If she could have tha much coming at her and still be so professional and positive then I needed to be the same way. She deserves more than this recognition for how great she handled today. I didn’t get her name- but will be back and looking for her again next time I go back. 5/5 stars for service, friendliness, and overall experience. Thank you so much., and don’t change.“

“I believe this is the only tropical smoothie Café that remains open in the York market. The other 2- East Market St. and Loucks Road locations closed due to lousy service and poor ownership/management. Glad to see there’s still one open in the York area! I had a really good breakfast sandwich and peanut butter and banana smoothie today. Would recommend to others and will be back soon.“

“I ordered a custom breakfast sandwich, a sweet crepe called Strawberry crunch cheesecake and a strawberry banana smoothie. Sweet crepe: - First and foremost the crepe was sweet, fresh, and absolutely delicious. - It is advertised as a sweet crepe and it is no lie! The cream cheese, plus the fresh sliced strawberries, and sugary crunch texture and whip cream was very sweet and flavorful- which I love. -Frsshly made to order which adds a bonus to the customer experience. -Crepes are of course thin, so the overflowing filling I can see being too much for some people who can't handle a large portion of sweetness. -Included all the ingredients mentioned on the menu and did not disappoint. Custom breakfast sandwich: -Made fresh to order which I, again, absolutely love. However, because the crepe took longer the sandwich was put into the microwave to preserve and keep it warm. Thus, by the time I sat down and started eating, the crepe was fresh and warm but the sandwich was already cool. Including the time of the crepe being cooked, me receiving the food to then search for a seat in the market made the sandwich quite cold by the time I got to eat it. However, you can tell that they are doing their best to accommodate and find a better structure that keeps the food fresh and customer experience interactive and lively. -My sandwich had ham, egg and cheese- a classic you could say. Despite it being a little cold it was still absolutely delicious! The ingredients aren't of the highest quality, however, I personally like knowing what is in my food and be able to watch them make the food compared to fast food establishments. With the strawberry banana smoothie it was absolutely delicious! I love that I can tell that the strawberries are fresh and good quality. There was no items without flavor, effort and love from this vendor. Overall my experience with the employees was absolutely amazing and fun! They're very kind, energetic and lively. I didn't feel like a weirdo for singing and dancing, instead, it was encouraged by the employees. It was a wonderful atmosphere and experience! I will definitely be returning and I wish this business to forever prosper.“
