“Pizza in the area can be hit or miss but David's is always consistently delicious!! Nice thin crust, cheese has great flavor and the sauce is the perfect blend of savory and sweet. The hoagies are handmade sub rolls and loaded with fresh ingredients. We also enjoy their Stromboli as well. Easy ordering and quick service .. prices are reasonable too. Definitely a must check out joint!“

“I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. This is a small, cozy and local restaurant. It feels like sitting in someones living room. Make reservations! The food was excellent and the service was amazing. Emailed Ruth for reservations and she was very responsive even though I missed my original reservation, (sorry Ruth). It was pricey but definitely worth it. Great for a date night. No complaints about my experience! I will come again! Something different that made this place stand out, when they bring you the check it’s in a little notebook and you can weite a nice message about your experience. Nice touch. I guess that’s why they call it “Note”.“

“Great little "hole in the wall" pub. Absolutely AMAZING roast beef au ju. Tender and juicy, nice crusty sub roll with your favorite cheese. I add horseradish or the horseradish "Tiger" sauce. Been to the Grotto several times, and honestly haven't ordered anything else because the roast beef is just that good! Great and friendly service too. Go to the Grotto Pub, get the roast beef, have a Guinness to go with it, you will not be disappointed, guaranteed!“

“Jigsy's has the best wings in the area hands down! I don't know how they are not more well known for them. The mild sauce is not your typical but it is delicious. So so good. The pizza is also top notch. Light and fluffy with so much good gooey cheese. Yum!“

“I haven't had a bad meal here yet. Sandwiches, soups appetizers and entrees, even desserts which I don't order out often have been excellent. The service is pretty great as well. A bus group came in while I was there once and everything was still handled well. I have no complaints.“

“Another place I was referred to by a local gentleman for pizza. The pies are personal sized and they were very good! They use provolone instead of straight mozzarella which gives the thin crust pies a distinct and delicious flavor.Small little old timey place that you can tell has been there for many, many years.Can't speak to anything else but the pizza was very good.“

“We were travelling from GA, we saw this place and decided to stop. What a gem. The place was clean, everyone was so friendly and nice. The food was exceptional and plentiful. I could not eat all of my food as much as i tried. I asked our waitress what Dennys Lennies was famous for and she said the french fries( if we had been there for lunch i would have ordered them). Not a single person in the dining area were on their cell phones. Everyone was talking to each other. So glad we stopped and had this great experience, when i come back to Pennsylvania this place is on top if my list to eat at. Thank you for a great dining experience.“

“I have been coming to this establishment for years, starting out at the site on Cameron Street. I have visited the site in Mechanicsburg and Hershey. All staff is absolutely AMAZING at both sites that are currently open. Very personable. Drinks are wonderful. Please try the Dirty Susquehanna Martini... you will not be disappointed.“

“Went for Sunday brunch. Meals were hearty and fresh. Lacked a little seasoning, especially in the hollandaise sauce. Service was quick, friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was clean, spacious and warm. Meals and drinks were only $15 per person which is a steal in this economy! We will definitely be back ?“

“Wow!! This is some of the best food I’ve ever had! The boneless wings were just the right amount of hot and I sorted a 12 pc and some were tiny but they sure made up for it! The Stromboli was amazing, fries amazing. And they were quick and the delivery driver was super nice. I have to say I had my doubts and I don’t normally do reviews but my experience with them was just amazing and the food even better…I am extremely picky about my food and they nailed it on every level. “Have eaten here many times. Food is always good and hot. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing.Kid-friendliness: I had my grandson with me. He liked the TVs very much. There was a football game playing he was asking me questions about the teams and this made for a very enjoyable time for both of us.“

“Every Sunday for the last 10 years, as long as it's not a holiday, I have gotten pizza from Al's of Hampden. In that time, I've had to return two pizzas... two out of 500+ pizzas. That's a pretty good track record. The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly and can handle any order you can give them.If you drink beer, they can serve you any style of beer from their tap wall.
