“We hit the restaurant a bit after 1, which was perfect. Carlisle was hold one of its famous car shows but the restaurant was not crowded. Our waitress was friendly, efficient and attentive with refilling water and checking in us. Our group ordered a southwestern salad, chicken BLT wrap, rampage wrap and a ham peppercorn pretzel sandwich. All very tasty and we were members of the clean plate club.“

This place is an absolute, authentic gem of an old school diner, inside and out. Completely iconic right down to the table side jukeboxes. “This was a great experience. The server was professional and a credit to the human race. The food was spot on. Awesome flavors and very creative dishes. They used what little space they have nicely. It had a good vibe and although we didn't get any drinks they have an impressive list of alcohol. They are soo close to 5 stars. The issue is the price we paid for lunch. They were dinner prices. I suppose it's possible that the portions are the same and therefore they wouldn't change price. Still, we all enjoyed our food and the service was excellent. Unfortunately due to the cost we won't be coming here very often. Check it out and see if the value fits for you.“

You honestly can’t go wrong here, anything is gonna be awesome. My favorite thing… the bread. Best bread in Carlisle IMO. The pizza is also awesome. I live in philly for school, so Im not able to get it as frequently as I’d like. But everytime I come home, I BEG my dad to take us here. Its my comfort food!!“

“My wife and I were here earlier today for the first time ever. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and asked for mushrooms to be added. It was absolutely incredible!!! The Spicy Fries were good too!!! there was a communication mix up with part of our order, but everything was taken care of in the most professional and friendly manner!!! At this visit I had a cheese burger sub, which was really good, I got the lunch special which came with fries and a drink. I couldn't finish it all, took half the sub home. The price was beyond reasonable, staff were very friendly and prompt.“

Atmosphere is a little loud when you're in the middle section, but not terrible. Our server was fantastic, she didn't rush us, kept drinks refilled and made sure we had everything we needed. I love how they have pizza /sub and coffee Cafe inside and fact that the food they make is GOOD!I wish we had one in appleton Wisconsin like this! ? hint hint!

“ABC Mechanicsburg is one of my favorite places. The beer and food are great, but it it is the great people who keep me coming back.“
