One of the most outstanding restaurants in Carlisle area. Food is always perfectly prepared and delicious no matter your choice. The menu is very unique and the drinks are professionally done. Of course the excellent bourbon and whiskey collection is the foundation of many drinks. The atmosphere of the dining and bar areas are very cozy with an older charm tieing into the history of Carlisle. We were given our table immediately and our waiter was friendly and helpful. I am not a whiskey drinker, but when in Rome…. My random choice was delicious. My wife ordered the Bourbon glazed chicken which was a home run. I was allowed a small taste and confirm that it was excellent. My steak was cooked as ordered and very tasty. The dining experience was an unexpected pleasure.
