I wanted to love this establishment, but as someone who has grown up eating and cooking traditional Indian food, the culinary execution here was deeply disappointing, especially given the premium price point.

To be fair, the naan was actually quite good, fresh, and well-made. However, a good basket of bread cannot redeem the rest of the meal. There is a reasonable expectation that a specialized restaurant prepares its main dishes from scratch. Unfortunately, the samosas served to us were clearly mass-produced, frozen shortcuts, served with, most likely, store-bought chutney. The entrées were equally underwhelming, relying on heavy artificial food dyes rather than the complex, layered ingredients profiles that define authentic Indian cuisine.

Ultimately, the kitchen relies on shortcuts that a casual home cook would avoid. For a menu priced at this level, the lack of fresh ingredients and culinary effort is unacceptable.

I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking genuine quality or value.

This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Every single vegetarian dish we ordered was below par, not one redeeming item. When everything is bad, that’s not bad luck, it’s a fundamental issue with the kitchen.
The service didn’t help either. It felt careless and indifferent, as if customer experience simply doesn’t matter here.
But what really stands out is how the owner handles criticism. Instead of taking feedback seriously, the responses come off as defensive and argumentative. It’s honestly more off-putting than the food itself. When multiple customers point out issues, doubling down instead of improving just reinforces the problem.
At this point, it’s not just about one bad visit. It reflects a pattern. Until there’s a real change in both food quality and attitude, this place is very hard to recommend.

The restaurant was very clean and inviting. The tables were set to coordinate with the decor. The atmosphere was well lit and the seeting was comfortable. I sat at a booth. There were also tables with seperate chairs. It was a very authentic experience with music in the background. There were also losts of people picking up food orders. This made the ambiance let's hectic because only a few tables were occupied. People picked up their orders and left. I noted that the phone orders were always ready, ni walk in customer had to wait. Our server was kind, patient and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious!

Great experience at this restaurant when I was staying in Collegeville for work. Great menus which were clearly laid out. Great service too. The food was out for this world. Very flavoursome (flavorful for our US cousins 😊). Really loved it and would highly recommend.

The Chicken Korma and chicken samosa were delicious! I will say, the woman at the front counter was extremely unfriendly. We'll be back for the food, but a lack of customer service is a major deterrent.

This place is great! There are a lot of Indian restaurants around Collegeville but this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. Try the Paneer Shalik and the Samosa Chaat, they are amazing!

I got two bottles of water(500 ml) each cost $4. Since I didn't drink it, I asked to take it off from the bill and they refused. Ordered a chapati and a phulka. Got two chaptis instead and they made an effort to convince that the second chapati is phulka, even though they themselves could not identify the difference.

This restaurant was just okay. The decor was the best part - full of color and flair. The staff were courteous but never smiled. Our portions were small for $25/plate. One of our two entrees was nice, the other was not great. The cheese and spinach naan was good. After tip the bill was about a hundred dollars, and I'd say it really wasn't worth it. As I said, the food was just okay. I wouldn't pay $100 for it.

Food here is excellent and the decor is absolutely gorgeous, but be wary that drinks and sides are not cheap and they will charge you separately for each, even refills of your typical fountain sodas. Overall probably best if you order online instead of going in person. Servers are quiet but professional.

I came here with my 4 adult children and their significant others and we had an amazing time. Not only was the food special, the servers were very enjoyable and kind. They made some special authentic Indian drinks which were like nothing I have ever had before! What a fun and tasty experience! Thank you!
