“Amy’s sweet treats made my son‘s birthday cake for his fourth birthday! It was a 12 inch round strawberry cake with buttercream icing! It was absolutely delicious. Two tears of cake that was out of this world delicious! Bursting with strawberry flavor and oozing with sweet buttercream goodness! My son absolutely loved the cake and ate several small pieces of it throughout the week even after his party! The cake served over 40 people, and there was still some left for the remainder of the week. Amy is friendly, organized, and timely! She had everything ready to go and her prices are outstandingly reasonable! I highly recommend this Hometown Business for your next sweet tooth celebration! 🎊”

“Great place for soft serve ice cream! So good expect to see a long line on (especially on weekends or warm summer evenings) but it usually moves fast and worth the wait! Convenient location right off of 68 with plenty of parking! It’s an ice cream trailer, with some outside seating at picnic tables! They make great Sundaes! My favorite is the Nutty Banana! We are locals and this is one of our go to’s for ice cream, so I didn’t think to take some pictures!”

Parking: The normally only 1 or 2 maby 3 but when the a event like the maple festival or forth of july.

Kid-friendliness: There a nice kid-friendly atmosphere and there no bad painting inside. It is probably more kid-friendly inside then outside.”

We started with the crab fries for our appetizer. We had the Chicken Chesapeake and Hot Honey Chicken and Ribs for our entrees. It was the best meal I think I've ever had. “Got to love a dive bar in a small town! Plenty of free parking. Unique outdoor seating area at the back of the property, which is an old house. No beer on tap. Smoking inside allowed. Pool table.”

“Fran's is a typical blue collar town bar. Good food at a reasonable price. Great service with a friendly smile. Patrons who are friendly and talkative who accept visitors as friends. Brought me back to one of the many bars in the blue collar town I grew up.”

“The building is historic and quirky which is my kind of place. From the outside, it's a bit rough BUT inside was glorious! The exposed brick, comfy sleeping, clean room and comfy vibe. While I'm not a bike kind of gal, for those traveling the gap or trail head it's a great spot. Plus, it's secure. For those seeking a bit of the paranormal, it was a morgue at one time followed by church services years later-so take that as you wish. I'm planning a return trip for the winter with friends!”

“Planned to order for an event 8-10-25 . Hours on door said opens at 12:30. At 5:00 pm, the place is dark and nobody around. In a small town ,a business will die quickly if not dependable.”
