This hotel is one of a kind that was a tool company before it was converted to a spooky kind of hotel. The hotel interiors were well done to maintain the spookiness and vintage. Rooms were comfy and the bathroom was absolutely clean. It was like a hostel type bunking with common bathrooms. The layout of the building is like a maze that confuses the user. Safe and secure bike storage. I enjoy the checking yourself in and out. Didn't see anyone and that was one of my favorite things. Read the history of the building online. Very cool especially the ties to the town, the Meyer family and the trail cemetery!Very comfortable stay after biking the trail. Super quiet. Almost too quiet. Wow! We had a fabulous time here. Friends and I biked the GAP trail over 4 days and this was absolutely our favorite stay. Our sitting room (Hoover I think) was large and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms were great, the bathroom was large with a very nice shower. And the building and decor are lovely and well-designed and curated. If I ride the GAP again this is the first reservation I’ll make.
