Tonight was my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. My mom thought Hotel Saxonburg would be a nice place to have a dinner for 9 of us. She and I went a month in advance to check the place out, had lunch and made a reservation. The service at lunch that day was agonizingly slow but they did have about half of the restaurant full so we didn’t think anything of it.
