I did a mobile order for drive through pick up. Sat in line for 20 minutes before I finally went inside to pick up my order. The same people were still waiting in the drive through when I left! If I hadn't already paid, I wouldn't have ordered at all! I had problems last time I was there also. I will not be visiting this location again.
It isn't like they were busy when I was there, either time!
Should be labeled McDonald’s, you don’t get what you order. Drinks aren’t right and half the workers look like strung out crackheads, rockin about and stuff
Every time I ask for a chai tea specifically from Elmira Street dunkin, nobody can ever get it right, it’s been multiple times now. But today my fiancé got home with my (supposed to be) “chai tea” and it’s literally green. GREEN. Chai tea is and always has been WHITE. How do you hand out a green drink with a chai tea label on it and still think it’s right?

Some staff members seem unprepared or unfamiliar with the ordering system, and there have been concerns about unprofessional behavior, such as smoking behind the store or inappropriate conduct in front of customers. Despite these issues, the food remains decent, and the location remains a convenient spot for quick visits.
