Had an absolute great experience at the Keystone Ave Dunkin tonight. The 2 guys working went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we had with the Dunkin on Elmira Street. Thank you both very much from the bottom of our hearts. We definitely be coming back more often.
Inside counter customers aren’t waited on in a timely manner. The drive through and app orders where being filled while a line stood inside for over 20 minutes with absolutely NO service. No acknowledgment at all until one server mentioned to another there was a counter line, the response to the employee was “Well they need to be patient.”

We were in the middle is a snow storm and they were still open. Everyone there is so nice. The service is a little slow because our other Dunkin is closed for remodeling.

Dunkin' is a restaurant known for its friendly and efficient staff. The service is beautiful and given with excellence, making customers feel very welcome. The parking lot is extravagant and the place smelled amazing. However, there are some concerns about the location and food quality. The caramel latte was not very good and food is sometimes burnt. There can be a wait most of the time for orders. Despite these issues, the fast-food chain offers convenient and speedy service, often getting orders out within minutes.
