My co-worker kept talking up the chicken until I couldn't think of anything else. With attention focused and taste buds ready, I made my way through the Pike Days celebrants. Immediately after arriving, the owner introduced himself and told me I was a bit early. Once they had everything prepared, he beckoned me over and directed me inside. I was warmly welcomed by each staff member I encountered. Within minutes I was winging my way with my aromatic bounty. Now, I have eaten my fair share of chicken, but this was definitely in the top three! The sauce is a little spicy, but in a good way. The baked beans were without equal. I'm going to have to admit that my co-worker was correct...
