“Step into the past… Cattleman’s Pantry is a lovely little stop along Rt 40 in Scenery Hill that sells locally sourced items. A “General Store” feel, it has numerous rooms of great items for yourself or gifts. From the cash register to the telephone down to the shelves of items behind the register, you really get that old time feel. Unique hand scooped ice cream flavors, fresh eggs, snack foods, novelty drinks, fresh bread and more! They also sell pasture raised natural beef from their own farm, Vistamont Farms. You are sure to find something in this cozy little small business shop! Grab a seat in a rocker on the porch or head to the picnic tables to the side. Beautiful farmland view out back! “Jan always has a wide variety of coffee and tea products in her store. It is the only shop in which I can purchase apricot tea. I also purchased the raspberry tea..delicious! The best part is visiting with Jan herself! We always have wonderful conversations!”

“Stopped here on our way through Monongehela. My husband had the cheese burger and d fries and really enjoyed it. I cannot eat gluten and very rarely find a place that can accommodate me. I had kolbassi with no bun, coleslaw, and they cooked my fries in a separate fryer. Everything was very good!”

“First time there this weekend. It was very good. I had the chicken bruschetta pasta. It came with a small salad. The ranch was delicious. They add beets to the salad. They were sweet and made the salad so much better. The pasta was a nice portion. It could have used a bit more flavor for me, but the breadstick added some more garlic flavor. It should come with 2 breadsticks. You can order extra. My husband had the special which was ribs. They were tender and good. His fries were burnt, but he doesn't complain. The slaw was delicious! The building is very nice and it was well staffed. We'd definitely go again.”

“We visited Rizzle’s Roadhouse for the first time today! It is half bar and half restaurant so we expected the typical bar food. WHAT A SURPRISE! THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT! There were four of us and we all agree and will go back even though we live an hour away. We had grilled chicken mahi-mahi, ribs and steak - all excellent! You won’t be disappointed!”

“We shared an order of the nachos and my kiddo got a soft taco. The nachos were so good I didn’t want to stop eating them!!!!! Also got churros for dessert which were amazing. This place is cute, clean, has a few tables for outside dining and the food came out quickly! It’s way bigger inside than it looks. Will definitely be back!”

“My friend and I really enjoyed this winery. We enjoy sweet wines and they had plenty of options for us. The atmosphere is nice. They have a back deck that is nice for sitting outside in the warmer weather and they have entertainment some nights. We are already planning another trip there soon.”

I'm very health conscious and the owners also know that good food is truly medicine. All of their items are dairy-free and gluten-free, taste fabulous, and are made with nutritionally beneficial ingredients. They also serve Crazy Horse Coffee which is an added bonus! Stop by to chat with Fred the owner and have him make you a smoothie, salad, sandwich, or other to-die-for menu item--you will be glad you did!!!”

“The donuts are FIRE!!! We drove out 30 minutes to try out Honey Bee for the first time last weekend and were not disappointed. Every flavor was on POINT. You could tell the donuts were fresh and made with love. The Peanut Butter Cup was CRAZYYY. I’m not usually a big PB girl but WOW— a dreamy donut version of a Reese’s. My kids loved the Cotton Candy and Cookies and Cream. The Boston Cream and Apple Cinnamon were my husband’s faves. The Strawberry Crunch tasted just like those little freezy pops. At this point I’ve given a shoutout to almost all the flavors I picked up LOL so I gotta give some love to Coconut and the Raspberry too. The owner was so sweet. Good pricing on the donuts too— especially compared to what some of these places are charging these days. We will be BACK! 🐝 🍯 🍩”

While we mainly frequent the diner for breakfast on the weekends, we occasionally enjoy their delicious food other times as well. I have a service dog and they are always welcoming to her and respectful as well which is rare to find in small towns! Amazing service. Amazing food. Amazing place.”

“Phenomenal food in a very quaint and unassuming restaurant. Loved the peach BBQ sauce and all the smoked meats. Definitely try the sampler platter- worth it! Also loved the burnt ends and cornbread- hope the burnt ends stick around! The only thing I would just know going in is that the Mac and cheese is more a loose Mac than a baked- not my personal preference but still tastes good, just something to consider picking your sides. Will 10000% be back”
