“Let me start off by saying this place operates like a well oiled machine. When you walk in they always great you in such a friendly way. The place is also spotlessly clean. There’s nothing more unappetizing than a dirty food establishment. This place doesn’t have that issue. Now for the food, the sandwich is delicious. The meats, veggies and bread taste like they were just received the same day. As well, you get a lot of meat on the sandwich and a little bit of lettuce, this is how it should be. Only gripe is that they are only open till 2PM and not on weekends.“

“The best pizza anywhere! I have been going to P&J's for the past 15+ years and Pete and John have put in the work to make sure that the quality of their food is second to none. Bring born and raised in Philly every place I've lived and/or worked I search for good cheese steaks and seems most places put their own twist.. thats cool but Bruno's gets it right.. especially that soft roll.. many don't realize how significant getting the bread right is ! I do wish they had pepperoni there.. pepperoni cheese steak was my go to when I was a teenager.. but I digress. Again not knocking other places on their sandwiches because I've had some that really piled on the meat but making a cheese steak with the pizza dough isn't what I call a cheese steak.. more like a calzone. “was not disappointed. outstanding, very delicious cheese steak. good portion. italian hoagies were very good. my complaint, (if you can call it a complaint), is there was an over abundance of meat. you get more than your moneys worth. I found it difficult to eat the sandwich because it was not easy to fold the roll closed around all of the fillings. overall, excellent food!“

There are only so many whole salads I can eat. When I ask if I could do a side salad with the wrap or anything else, they can't do it. “We had a wonderful experience this evening. The staff was great. The pizza ? was good. They had all kinds of variety. The staff kept up as best as they could given how many people were there as we were leaving. The pasta was great. The salad bar was good. All the sodas were stocked and ready to dispense. When you go here as a customer you must note that the staff can only make so many pizzas at a time. So it’s a supply vs demand.
