First time I ever had Jake's way back burger, and I'll never go back. First, I wasn't sure if anyone was working. There was one employee on her break and it took awhile for the other two employees to come out from the back. There was no welcome which unfortunately made me feel like I was wasting their time. They got one thing right, sign says it's going to be messy and that's very true. I ordered a double bacon burger and chili cheese fries. Had to pull...

Food was ok shake shack is better IMHO. Main issue is there is no option to not leave a tip. I'm sorry but if I'm standing at a counter and have to get my food why am I leaving a tip. Also the floor was super sticky.

We've been to the bagel shop next door and had never been to Wayback Burgers. We got a BOGO coupon and decided to give them a try. We had double Classics, and they were Fantastic! 2-3 napkin Juicy, well dressed, cheesy burger. We will be using all of our coupons!
