Stood waited and argued with management for 20+ minutes because I redeemed 4500 points for a free large fry and the machine wouldn’t take my coupon from the app and then didn’t even try to make it right with the customer or have any type of satisfactory there was another gentleman next to me going through the same thing they just said there’s nothing they can do. It didn’t even return my points or anything.

Who doesn't love McDonald's? Great fast food. Value menu for smaller and cheaper burgers and fries and regular menu for the bigger burgers and sandwiches and fries, onion rings, soft drinks or milk shakes. Great fast food with low prices.

The food was fine but we placed a drive-thru order for pick up!!! When the lady at the 1st pick up window came she didn’t have no smile looked like she didn’t want to be there and terrible customer service…… then the second woman who came we told her that were missing the coffee and the kids apple juice!! She then cut my wife off and said please go to the second window with an attitude!!! So their customer service sucks no smiles or anything beside the guy in the back giving us our receipt.

Ordered a #5 with a large iced coffee. When I paid for my order, no fries in the bag. When asked where the fries were, the kid said you didn't order fries. I told him I ordered #5 and he said no you didn't. He tried to charge me $5.08 for fries and I said I wasn't paying that he got the manager. She got me fries and apologized for the mistake. Fries were extra hot and nuggets were barely warm.
Their fries are always cold! I go early, I go late my fries are always cold!!!

Slow service inside, Drive thru is average. I've gone a couple of times, and they screwed up my simple order more than once and I always get the same thing. Also, I ordered a smoothie, and it was watery, and I waited I want to say about 10 minutes for it but the food is always hot and they are willing to replace it with no problems. The staff are friendly in drive thru and they are usually busy around lunch.

My boyfriend and I went in to get dinner. We ordered a McDouble and 2 cheese burgers with fries, a sweet tea with half lemonade and 2 kit kat mcflurries, didnt print receipts out they said they didnt have the mcflurries and asked us if we wanted the m and m one or the oreo so i said oreo, and then no service at the counter messing up other peoples orders, sending orders through that probably were done as if they were done. I got a sweet tea with half lemonade that i never got. So idk how to get my money back if i didnt get a receipt. Or to complain about the service. This McDonald’s is useless, i would not recommend getting it from this McDonald’s!!
