I always enjoy Rita's. Although, it isn't often I go to Rita's, as they are expensive but it's so good! It's usually only teenagers that work behind the counter so the customer service isn't always the greatest.
I really appreciate the free Rita's ice on my birthday! Unfortunately they only had 4 flavors left to choose from when I was there at 9PM.. They said they sold out of most flavors today. So I chose the chocolate chip cheese cake. It was tasty! Thanks Rita's!

Ritas ice is always good ... Seems like many places these days they are having trouble finding employees, not their fault (I don't think). But it is noticable.... Busy times may cause you to wait longer due to staff issues
